North District Event Spaces

The North District Event Spaces are within the 11 newer residential buildings that create an area which centers around activities and allows for a variety of different space options. This is ideal for a conference or even your summer conference overnight experience. Residences are located on upper floors, while ground floors are dedicated to common and event spaces. The innovative design of the district includes 32 different event spaces and 5,885 residence beds.

A highlight of the District is Curl Viewpoint, located on the second floor of Curl Market. This space features floor to ceiling windows and provides an open floor plan for 216 guests at round tables with built-in technology. The space overlooks a grassy common area that connects it to the other smaller spaces in the District that could serve as breakout spaces for your next conference or event.
