Serve as a client-facing student manager supporting housing, dining, and conference logistics through professional communication, accurate coordination, and strong attention to detail. This role manages dining participation, assists with billing and financial processes, supports daily office operations, and fulfills Manager-on-Call responsibilities by responding to incidents and supporting student staff. (ATI) Wooster - Summer Conference Assistant

The OSU ATI Wooster Summer Conference Assistant supports Summer Intern operations at the Applewood Village Apartments by serving in an overnight and weekend on call rotation from May through August. This role responds to lockouts, low level facility issues, guest questions, and assists with check ins and check outs as needed. The position works closely with leadership and student managers on the Columbus campus to ensure smooth operations. This role requires living in OSU ATI housing at Applewood Village from May through June as part of the position’s on site responsibilities.
Summer Conference Linen and Preparation Coordinator

- The Summer Conference Access Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking all access credentials, including brass keys and access cards, to ensure they are accurately programmed, secured, and distributed to support daily conference and intern housing operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining safety and compliance by documenting key usage, responding to access issues, and supporting staff training. The coordinator also assists front desk teams and serves in the on-call rotation, handling urgent access and safety concerns as they arise. In addition, the position supports office operations by maintaining records, using StarRez, EMS, and Teams to track access data, and coordinating with campus partners such as the BuckID Office. This is an in-person position that requires full availability from May through August.
