As an assistant manager, Skylar’s main responsibilities include overseeing the student staff and ensuring all events run smoothly. In addition, she focuses on recruitment efforts to guarantee that all catering events run on maximum efficiency.

Skylar recently graduated in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a minor in Human Development & Family Sciences, and a minor in Marketing. Skylar spent the majority of her college career working down at Sloopy’s Diner and is very excited to gain new experience and knowledge working in Catering. She also looks forward to continuing to work with people and be in an interactive environment where every day looks different.

 Skylar enjoys hanging out with her friends and her cat, Pancake.
