As the Director of Catering, Lori over sees all of University Catering which includes all events at the Ohio Union and all “off premise” catering which can be anywhere around the campus and beyond! She works closely with the Operations Managers, Culinary Team, Students and Clients.

Lori brings 35+ years of Catering, Event Planning, Sales, and Management experience to the department.

Providing an extremely high level of customer service and delectable food for every event is Lori’s goal for the department.

In her spare time, Lori volunteers for Cause for Canines (a local rescue organization), and The Licking County Humane Society. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their son’s Zach and Josh, traveling and going to hear live music.
